Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced *Legal Consultant* to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you have strong expertise in UAE labour laws, contract drafting, and corporate transactions, this is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact legal matters.

Key Responsibilities: -

* Provide expert guidance on UAE labour laws and ensure compliance

* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including shareholder agreements

* Manage legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A)

* Support corporate governance and legal structuring

* Identify legal risks and recommend strategic solutions

Requirements: -

* 8+ years of relevant legal experience

* Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws

* Proven expertise in contract drafting and M&A

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to handle complex legal matters independently

Preferred: -

* LLB/LLM or equivalent qualification

* Prior experience working in the UAE
