Exciting Career Opportunity | Legal Counsel Required to Join Our Legal Team

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with more than 5 years of expertise to work in the fields of commercial law, corporate law, and banking & finance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a recognized university
• Licensed to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• At least 5 years of practical experience in corporate matters, commercial contracts, banking finance transactions, or providing legal advisory services to the banking and corporate sectors
• Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (writing, reading, speaking) strongly required
• Highly preferred: TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent English language certification
• Preferred: Specialized professional certifications (e.g., securities law qualifications, CMA/CME certifications from the Capital Market Authority, or similar credentials in financial markets or capital markets law)
