Beacon Legal has partnered with a luxury real estate developer in the UAE who are looking to hire a Legal Counsel into their team.
Responsibilities
- Advise on large scale and complex acquisitions, disposals & joint ventures
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of corporate, commercial & real estate agreements
- Draft and review shareholder resolutions, corporate documents, and transaction agreements
- Advise on off-plan SPAs, leasing, JVAs & asset management matters
Qualifications
- 4 - 6 PQE ideally gained in an international law firm and/or leading in-house organisation
- Extensive experience advising on corporate real estate matters
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex deal structures.
- Must be based in the UAE
