We're running a search for a totally unique leisure project in the UAE that is bound to get lawyers with a good commercial contracts background interested.

What you'll be doing:
- Drafting and reviewing a wide range of mainly commercial agreements across tech, retail, licencing and beyond.
- Giving strategic legal advice to the internal business units across corporate governance, regulatory, commercial, employment and general risk.
- Picking up whatever legal work comes through the door and figuring it out.
- Supporting operational matters across the project.
- External counsel management.
Who you'll likely need to be in order to succeed:
Whilst there is a degree of flexibility, there are some core guidelines that make the backbone of the client expectations:
- Common law qualified, with a PQE guideline of around 4-10 years.
- In-house experience is strongly preferred, although law firm secondments will suffice.
- Generalist skill set across a wide variety of commercial contracts.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
- Current UAE residence will be preferred but very suitable overseas applicants will also be considered. Note that the role will be based in Ras Al Khaimah.
