The Main Event: What You'll Drive, Build, and Own
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including MSAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, SLAs, referral agreements, procurement contracts, and real estate transaction documentation
- Support and advise on real estate legal matters relating to property transactions, including reviewing transaction structures, customer agreements, broker-related documentation, and other property-related contractual arrangements central to Huspy's business operations
- Support corporate governance and entity management matters for the KSA entity, including CR renewals, MISA licensing, regulatory filings, PoAs, shareholder resolutions, board resolutions, AoAs, and MoAs
- Partner closely with business, product, operations, HR, and finance teams to provide practical legal advice on commercial and operational matters
- Support employment law matters including employment contracts, employee grievances, labor law queries, disciplinary matters, terminations, and employment disputes in line with KSA Labour Law
- Assist with regulatory and compliance matters including data privacy, AML/CTF requirements, consumer protection considerations, and internal compliance processes
- Review and maintain customer-facing legal documentation including T&Cs, privacy policies, consent notices, and platform/service agreements
- Coordinate with external counsel, regulators, free zones, and government authorities on licensing, corporate structuring, compliance, and dispute-related matters
- Assist in pre-litigation dispute management, legal risk assessments, and internal investigations where required
- Develop and improve legal templates, contract playbooks, approval processes, and internal governance policies to support scalable operations
- Provide commercially pragmatic legal support to senior stakeholders within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
- 3–5 years PQE with strong experience in corporate, commercial, and real estate law
- Experience advising on KSA legal and regulatory matters is required
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts, corporate governance, licensing, employment-related matters, and real estate transaction documentation
- Well-versed in real estate legal frameworks and contractual processes relating to property transactions is highly preferred
- Exposure to compliance, regulatory, and dispute management work is preferred
- Arabic and English fluency is mandatory, including strong legal drafting capabilities in Arabic
- Prior experience in a law firm and/or a fast-paced startup, tech, fintech, proptech, or real estate environment is highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a business-oriented approach
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environment
