Legal Counsel-Qatar

Job Descriptions:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on complex cross-border transactions and commercial matters.

2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

3. Identify and assess legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

4. Advise on compliance with local and international laws and regulations.

5. Work closely with senior management and business units to ensure legal requirements are met.

6. Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant topics.

7. Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.

8. Stay up-to-date with changes in the legal landscape and industry trends.

9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal advisors and partners.

Job Requirements:

1. A bachelor degree of law.

2. 3-8 years of experience in law.

3. Excellent knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and commercial law.

4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5. Proficient in English and Arabic.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Proven track record of managing complex legal projects and deadlines.
