About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly expanding international entertainment organisation operating across multiple global markets. Backed by a well-established platform, the business is continuing to invest heavily in commercial growth, partnerships, events and media initiatives.

Job Description

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts.
• Support sponsorship, partnership and supplier agreement negotiations.
• Provide practical day-to-day legal advice to business stakeholders.
• Advise on intellectual property, branding and content-related matters.
• Assist with dispute management and pre-litigation issues.
• Liaise with and manage external legal counsel where required.
• Support the development of legal templates, policies and processes.
• Contribute to wider legal, governance and commercial initiatives across the business.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified lawyer from a Common Law jurisdiction.
• Approximately 2-5 years PQE.
• Strong training from a reputable international or leading regional law firm.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience across commercial, corporate or TMT matters.
• Strong attention to detail with sound legal judgement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, business-focused approach.
