Location: Nasr city, Cairo
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct and coordinate organization's operations in line with new company setups, license renewal, compliance, and regulatory body approvals, including but not limited to new setups, conversions, sponsored and non-sponsored clients.
- Ensure that all company information is correctly updated in software.
- Clear and concise communication with internal and external customers on requirements and status of the projects.
- Improve performance, productivity, and profitability Client Service Delivery
- Interface with customers and sales representatives to handle both pre-sales and post-sales service functions.
- Develop effective relationships with external suppliers, embassies, and consulates to ensure full understanding of services and effective delivery; this will include visiting embassies, DED, DM and other relevant departments.
- Offer productive solutions to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in company formation or Paralegal
- Knowledge of regulatory processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
