Job Overview

ARCA Technologies is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support the company's legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. The role will be responsible for providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and supporting management on corporate, commercial, and employment-related legal matters.

The role will work closely with senior management, HR, and external legal advisors to support the company's legal and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide practical, business-focused legal advice on UAE commercial, corporate, and employment law
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of legal documents including commercial contracts, NDAs, MOUs, SLAs, vendor and customer agreements
  • Support HR and management on employment matters, including disciplinary actions, terminations, labour disputes, and compliance with UAE Labour Law
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with UAE regulations, licensing requirements, and corporate governance standards
  • Identify, assess, and advise on legal and contractual risks associated with business activities, projects, and partnerships
  • Liaise with external law firms, government authorities, and regulatory bodies as needed

Ensure proper governance of legal documentation, contract registers, and compliance records, including monitoring renewals and regulatory obligations.

  • Provide timely legal opinions, guidance, and recommendations to senior management
  • Support internal stakeholders by ensuring legal alignment with operational and strategic objectives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); postgraduate qualification is an advantage

610 years of relevant legal experience, with mandatory UAE experience

Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Commercial Law, and Corporate Law

Prior experience as in-house legal counsel or advising corporate / industrial / technology organizations is highly preferred

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle urgent matters

Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage

Salary

AED 20,000 35,000 per month

(Final compensation will be determined based on experience, UAE market exposure, and role fi)
