Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah for a Legal Counsel (UAE National). In this role, you will handle legal matters including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. You will be responsible for overseeing legal documentation, providing sound legal advice, and addressing legal issues related to the company's operations. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations will also be a key part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and a thorough understanding of legal frameworks
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and the ability to mediate effectively
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and addressing complex legal issues
• Experience in providing Legal Advice and guidance to internal stakeholders
• Keen attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• A degree in Law and Bar certification (or equivalent qualification) is required
• Fluency in English
• Willing to work in Sharjah UAE
• Must be UAE National
