Company Description

Zoomlion International Trading Company (Saudi Arabia, hereinafter Zoomlion KSA) is a subsidiary of a Chinese-listed corporation, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co., Ltd. It is China's largest and the world's fifth-largest construction machinery manufacturer.

Zoomlion KSA sells vehicles such as pump trucks, mixer trucks, excavators, mobile cranes, crawler cranes, etc.; machinery such as aerial work platforms, tower cranes, etc., in Saudi Arabia. The branches are spread all over Saudi Arabia, such as Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Medina.

Role Description(in-house counsel):

As legal counsel, you will work closely with the company's business sales team, as well as HR, finance, and management personnel to ensure compliance, manage risks, and advise on contracts and transactions, details as follows:

1.provide legal advice in labor and employment compliance matters;

2. provide legal support in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and legal documents;

3.Handling legal matters related to contracts, corporate governance, and labor disputes.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in English and Arabic;

2.Juris Doctor/Master of Laws (JD/LLM) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree;

3.Qualified lawyer with Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm or as an in-house legal counsel in a mid- to large-sized enterprise;

4. Strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

5. Solid experience in litigation and arbitration is a plus
