Legal Executive

Baker& McKenzie.Wong & Leow is looking for a Legal Executive to join our Finance & Projects Practice Group. The ideal candidate would have experience in handling complex cross-border financing transactions involving Hungarian and English law. The role focuses on LMA-based financing transactions, transaction management, financing documentation and coordination of Hungarian law aspects of multi-jurisdictional matters.

The successful candidate will work closely with lawyers, financial institutions, multinational corporates and investors on financing transactions involving Hungary and Asian investment activity in the region.
