Legal Expert (Jurist)

** This is a Contract role. Only candidates with their own visas / Golden Visas will be considered.

** The role is based in Abu Dhabi, with travel required to Oman.

The Legal Expert (Jurist) will provide senior-level legal and regulatory guidance for projects, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and effective governance across multi-country transport and infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

• Provide expert legal advice on PPP frameworks and institutional reform.
• 15+ years of experience advising on legal and regulatory aspects of PPP projects, particularly in transport and infrastructure sectors.
• Support the structuring, negotiation, and governance of multi-jurisdictional transport and infrastructure projects.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, risk allocation, and contractual frameworks.
• Contribute deep legal knowledge to facilitate sustainable, compliant deployment of infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Law preferred or must be a qualified Lawyer.
• Extensive experience in institutional reform and PPP legal frameworks.
