We are looking for an experiencedLegal, HR & Government Relations Managerto manage the company's legal affairs, employee relations, and coordination with governmental and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage legal matters related to labor law, contracts, and compliance.
- Handle complex employee relations cases and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee relationships with governmental entities and manage inspections and filings.
- Oversee payroll, social insurance, and medical insurance processes (approval & compliancelevel).
- Support management in sensitive or escalated situations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.
- Proven experience dealing with governmental authorities.
- High levelof professionalism, discretion, and negotiation skills.
