Legal Intern

We are looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join our team and gain exposure to this multidisciplinary practice across legal advisory, corporate services, and immigration/investment migration, supporting individuals and businesses with cross-border legal, regulatory, and mobility solutions.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to a fast-paced legal and advisory practice, working alongside our team on real client matters providing exposure to real cross-border matters involving multiple legal systems, regulatory frameworks, and client jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Support legal research on UAE and international regulatory matters
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and client correspondence
• Help prepare HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance materials for clients
• Support due diligence processes for client onboarding
• Assist with research on international citizenship and residency by investment programs
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the legal team

Requirements

• Recently completed a law degree (LLB or equivalent)
• Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in English required; Arabic is a plus
• Genuine interest in corporate law, immigration law, or investment migration
• Only open to UAE based candidates
