Responsibilities
- Study global best practices and case examples in corporate governance, workforce compliance, and technology law, and contextualize them for local relevance.
- Translate legal frameworks into practical insights that can support HR, operations, and leadership decision-making.
- Document learnings, observations, and recommendations in structured formats such as briefs, trackers, and internal notes.
- Act as a bridge between legal understanding and business teams, enabling clarity on compliance, contracts, and policy expectations.
- Support internal awareness initiatives by contributing to simple legal explainers, checklists, or internal reference materials.
- Participate in cross-functional discussions to understand how legal frameworks align with operational and cybersecurity requirements.
Qualifications
- Fresh law graduate (or final-year student).
