Role Description

The Legal Admin Back Office Agent will perform a range of administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth operations within the legal and HR departments. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining records, assisting with compliance documentation, responding to inquiries, and providing support for customer service and communication needs. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm El Nozha, and it requires maintaining high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and strong Organization Skills to manage records, schedules, and documentation efficiently
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, teams, and stakeholders
  • Strong Analytical Skills for efficiently processing information, identifying discrepancies, and supporting compliance efforts
  • Proficiency in using office software tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with other relevant administrative systems is a plus
  • High attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and problem-solving mindset
  • Prior experience in HR, legal processes, or administrative roles is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred
