Job Description
Position: Senior Legal Advisor / Legal Manager
Location: Dubai
Experience: 7–10 years
We are hiring a Senior Legal Advisor/Legal Manager to lead legal affairs across contract law, corporate, real estate, investments, compliance, and dispute management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advisory on Local & DIFC laws and corporate and commercial frameworks.
Draft, review & negotiate contracts (shareholder, investment, NDAs, MOUs, vendor/service agreements).
Advise on real estate legal matters, RERA compliance & disputes.
Ensure corporate governance, regulatory compliance & risk management.
Manage litigation and disputes & liaise with regulators/external counsel.
Requirements:
Law degree from a Common Law jurisdiction (UK, Australia, Canada, etc.).
7–10 years experience (incl. 2–3 years local/DIFC).
Strong in corporate, commercial, and real estate legal advisory.
Excellent drafting & negotiation skills; English fluency a must (Arabic a plus).
