Legal Manager (Experience Real Estate Company is a must)

EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients in Real Estate Development Industry Legal Manager.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for the legal Manager. The Legal Manager will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters of the company, with a primary focus on real estate transactions, contracts, land acquisition, sales agreements, and regulatory compliance, ensuring full legal protection for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's degree is an advantage).
• From 10 to 12 years of legal experience, with mandatory experience in the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian real estate laws, property regulations, and contracts.
• Proven experience dealing with developers, contractors, and governmental authorities.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
