Job Description

Overview:

Gaining practical exposure to corporate legal operations by supporting the legal team with document preparation, filing, contract tracking, and internal coordination. Assisted with legal follow-ups, basic compliance tasks, and administrative support under supervision, developing a strong foundation in corporate legal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Legal Counsel and Legal team with daily administrative and legal tasks.
  • Support in preparing, formatting, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Help with filing, archiving, and maintaining legal records (physical and electronic).
  • Assist in reviewing documents for completeness and basic accuracy under supervision.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding legal requests and follow-ups.
  • Conduct visits to government entities, courts, and legal offices for submissions, follow-ups, and document processing as required.
  • Attend internal meetings when needed and prepare simple notes or summaries.
  • Support tracking of contract dates, renewals, and basic compliance requirements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Legal Counsel within the scope of training.
