Role Summary:
The Legal Officer provides legal and administrative support by conducting legal research, preparing case documentation and investigation reports, maintaining confidential legal records, coordinating with courts and government authorities, and monitoring the progress of legal matters to ensure timely and compliant case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and provide legal administrative support.
- Prepare investigation reports, case summaries, and court-related documentation.
- Perform accurate transcription of legal interviews, hearings, and investigations.
- Coordinate with courts, government authorities, and external legal counsel as required.
- Maintain legal records and ensure confidentiality of all case-related information.
- Monitor legal cases and provide status updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience within the UAE
- Experience in legal transcription and preparation of investigation reports for court submission is required
- Must have UAE family book
