We are looking for a Legal Project Manager to join one of the region's largest and most established groups, providing integrated solutions across manpower services, environmental management and specialised support functions.

We are seeking an experienced Group Legal Restructuring Project Manager to lead a complex, multi-jurisdiction transformation program across the UAE, KSA and UK. Working closely with Group Legal, executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you will drive governance, coordinate legal restructuring activities and ensure the successful delivery of a large-scale corporate transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a group-wide legal restructuring project across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Manage project plans, governance, RAID logs and executive reporting.
• Coordinate Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, IT, Government Relations and external advisors.
• Oversee corporate restructuring, governance, regulatory approvals and licensing activities.
• Manage project risks, dependencies and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience delivering complex transformation or enterprise projects.
• Proven experience in legal, corporate restructuring, governance or multi-entity transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate governance, regulatory processes and multi-jurisdiction project delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project governance skills.
