Job Description Legal Secretary

We are seeking a skilled and professional Legal Secretary to join Oraby Law Group in our Cairo office. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys and the legal team, ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate documentation, and exceptional client communication. Attention to detail, strong English skills, and proficiency with computer applications are essential. Sales or client-facing experience is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, format, and manage legal documents, contracts, and case files
  • Organize schedules, appointments, and court dates for attorneys
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Coordinate communication between lawyers, clients, and external parties
  • Manage office records, emails, and digital filing systems
  • Support case follow-ups, documentation, and administrative workflows
  • Assist with client inquiries and basic sales or onboarding tasks when needed
  • Perform general office duties and other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a law firm
  • Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer applications
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and client-facing abilities
  • Professional, presentable, and reliable work ethic
  • Bonus: Experience in sales, client relations, or CRM systems
