Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting and preparing statements of claim, legal memoranda, objections, and appeal petitions.
- Attending court hearings and following up on cases until final judgments are issued.
- Reviewing case facts, analyzing legal documents, and assessing them accordingly.
- Conducting legal research and supporting the legal team with relevant case law and applicable regulations.
- Following up on the enforcement of judgments and execution procedures before Enforcement Courts.
- Preparing periodic legal reports on case status and potential legal risks.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Maintain and organize legal records and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Sharia, or an equivalent qualification.
- Practical experience of 3 to 5 years in legal.
- Thorough knowledge of Saudi laws and judicial procedures.
- Proven ability to draft and prepare legal memoranda and pleadings.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
