We are seeking a Level 1 Rope Access Technician for faade cleaning at our Business Bay, Dubai location. This is a full-time, on-site position that involves performing cleaning and maintenance tasks on building exteriors using safe and efficient rope access techniques. Responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, maintaining equipment, and working collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Certified in Level 1 Rope Access, with a focus on safety and technique.
- Experience in faade cleaning, including handling relevant tools and materials.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks during operations.
- Strong physical fitness, stamina, and the ability to work at heights for extended periods.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with colleagues on-site.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning results and adherence to standards.
- Previous experience in rope access work, particularly in construction or maintenance, is a plus.
- Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and care.
