We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Network Aruba Wireless Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Aruba wireless networks. You will support wireless infrastructure, including Aruba controllers, access points, and related components, ensuring reliable and high-performance wireless services
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy Aruba wireless networks (controllers, APs, ClearPass).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex wireless network issues escalated from Level 1 support.
- Monitor and optimize wireless network performance, coverage, and security.
- Manage firmware and software updates for Aruba devices.
- Maintain documentation and share knowledge with internal teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding network status and incidents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years experience with Aruba wireless solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ArubaOS, ClearPass, and wireless networking standards.
- Preferred certifications: ACMA, ACMP, ACCP, CCNA/CCNP.
