Job Summary
The PMR Auditor / Field Team Leader is responsible for leading field technicians while ensuring the effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement of Preventive Maintenance & Repair (PMR) activities. This role combines field leadership, technical auditing, and performance management to drive service quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate field technicians to ensure timely, high-quality execution of PMR activities.
- Conduct regular PMR audits to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Identify performance gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PMR quality, reliability, and productivity.
- Monitor technician performance and provide coaching, on-the-job training, and technical guidance.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and follow-up of audit findings and improvement actions.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure full adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies during all field activities.
- Analyze PMR data, KPIs, and trends to support decision-making and performance optimization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field teams and management on PMR-related matters.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in PMR, maintenance auditing, or field operations.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a field-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of PMR processes, maintenance standards, and quality systems.
