Role
We are seeking ambitious, driven Real Estate Agents to join our Dubai team. You will represent exclusive off-plan and secondary properties, manage investor portfolios, and drive sales through a network of international events, private circles, and digital campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Source and present off-market and premium units in Dubai.
- Advise clients on investment strategy, payment plans, and long-term value.
- Participate in international roadshows and private investor events.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline via CRM, cold outreach, and social media.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in Dubai real estate or proven sales experience.
- Strong communication in English (Arabic, French, or German is a plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-first approach.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, luxury-focused environment.
