Role Description This full-time, on-site Licensed Real Estate Agent role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The agent will manage property listings, conduct viewings, and support clients through the full sales and leasing cycle, from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing leads, providing market insights, preparing and presenting property proposals, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, developers, and external partners to ensure a smooth, compliant, and hassle-free real estate experience for clients. The agent is expected to uphold PSI's service standards, meet performance targets, and represent the brand professionally in all client and market interactions.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Customer Service skills focused on client relationship management and closing transactions.
• Relevant experience in the UAE real estate market, particularly Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai, is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, handle a fast-paced environment, and use CRM and property listing platforms effectively.
• Proactive, target-driven mindset with ethical conduct and adherence to local real estate regulations.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
