Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and tracking product, artwork, and marketing approvals
  • Maintain approval logs, timelines, and organized documentation
  • Support contract administration, including agreements, amendments, renewals, and tracking key terms
  • Prepare, route, and maintain accurate contract files and databases
  • Serve as a point of contact for routine licensee correspondence and inquiries
  • Maintain and clean up licensee data, contact records, and product information
  • Assist with collecting, tracking, and compiling licensee sales forecasts
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries for internal teams

Qualifications:

  • 24 years of administrative, licensing, contracts, or operations support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting contract documentation and data management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with shared document platforms
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Experience

  • Background in licensing, consumer products, entertainment, or brand management
  • Familiarity with royalty reporting or sales data
  • Experience with CRM, licensing, or contract management systems
