The Life Insurance Agent role is a full-time on-site position located in Dubai. The responsibilities include selling life insurance products, advising clients on insurance plans that meet their financial needs, managing client portfolios, and building strong, long-term relationships. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with insurance claims processes, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and demonstrating knowledgeable advisory skills in life insurance products
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage and understanding market trends and client-specific needs
• Finance-related knowledge to guide clients in making informed insurance decisions
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills for client management and engagement
• Understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, and industry compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proactive mindset with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Fluency in English, with additional languages being advantageous
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a strong advantage
