We are looking for a Life Insurance – Product & Process Champion to join our team.
If you understand life insurance beyond just sales—and enjoy working closely with distribution teams—this role could be a great fit.
What you'll do:
- Work closely with distribution channels and understand their needs
- Support and guide teams on life insurance products including its technical aspects
- Help grow business by enabling advisors with the right knowledge and tools
- Simplify and refine operational processes to improve efficiency
- Drive tech and process improvements to support business growth
What we're looking for:
- Strong understanding of life insurance products
- someone who can think and execute global- in terms of product, people and markets
- Experience working with distribution channels (advisors, IFAs, bankers etc.)
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way
- Someone who is proactive, approachable, and solutions-driven
