Life Insurance Sales Advisor - Abu Dhabi (UAE EXPERIENCE MANDATORY )

We are seeking a qualified Life Insurance Sales Advisor for a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, consulting with them to assess their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate life insurance solutions. The advisor will also generate leads, handle customer queries, provide personalized after-sales service, and meet sales targets through proactive client engagement. Strong interpersonal communication, client relationship building, and expertise in UAE's insurance market are essential for this role.

• Proven experience in Insurance, Finance, or Consulting, with a strong emphasis on the UAE insurance market
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients
• Proficiency in assessing client needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE insurance industry is mandatory
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi
• Goal-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation and sales skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is a strong advantage
