The ideal candidate should have strong technical product knowledge, underwriting coordination experience, and the ability to manage complex client requirements across the end-to-end policy lifecycle.
The candidate should:
- Have strong experience handling high-value life insurance policies for affluent/HNW clients
- Possess excellent understanding of life insurance products, underwriting, compliance, and onboarding processes
- Be confident in managing relationships with advisors, partners, insurers, underwriters, and clients
- Have experience coordinating complex applications, KYC reviews, risk assessments, and claims management
- Be capable of providing consultative support to advisors and clients on policy structures, coverage, and enhancements
- Demonstrate strong client servicing capabilities with a focus on relationship management and personalized service
- Have experience training and guiding sales advisors and support teams on products and processes
- Prior team management experience in new business or life insurance operations would be preferred
Additional Criteria:
- Twelve + years minimum
- Preference: Candidates with experience in international insurance providers and exposure to HNW/UHNW client servicing will be highly preferred
- Local market exposure and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements would be an added advantage
- Salary range: AED 35,000-AED40,000
