We are seeking vigilant, proactive, and certified Lifeguards to join our team and ensure the safety of all beach and pool guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring swimming areas, enforcing safety rules, and responding swiftly to emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor beach and pool areas to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety
- Conduct regular safety checks of equipment and facilities
- Respond promptly to emergencies, including performing rescues and administering first aid/CPR
- Educate guests on safety rules and promote a safe environment
- Collaborate with security and medical teams as needed
- Maintain accurate incident reports and logs
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Lifeguard certification (e.g., Red Cross, Royal Life Saving Society, CPR, First Aid or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a lifeguard in beach or resort settings preferred
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness
- Excellent observation and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergencies
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
