Are you alert, responsible, and passionate about safety and guest care We are looking for a
Lifeguard who will ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-supervised environment at the pool and recreational areas while delivering friendly and professional service to guests and members.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
- Monitoring pool and recreational areas to ensure guest safety at all times.
- Enforcing pool rules and safety regulations courteously and consistently.
- Responding immediately and effectively to emergencies and rescue situations.
- Providing first aid and CPR when required, following approved procedures.
- Conducting regular safety checks of pool areas, equipment, and signage.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of pool decks and surrounding areas.
- Assisting guests with basic inquiries and offering a welcoming, professional presence.
- Recording incidents, accidents, and maintenance issues accurately.
- Coordinating with Health Club, Security, and Engineering teams as needed.
What we need from you:
- Valid Lifeguard Certification with current CPR/AED and First Aid (mandatory).
- Previous experience as a Lifeguard, preferably in a hotel, resort, or health club environment.
- Strong swimming and rescue skills with high safety awareness.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
- Physically fit, alert, and able to remain focused for extended periods.
- Calm, confident demeanor with strong decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
