Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor swimming pool activities and ensure the safety of all residents and guests
- Respond immediately and appropriately to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when required
- Enforce pool rules and safety regulations at all times
- Conduct routine inspections of pool facilities and safety equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and surrounding areas
- Ensure rescue and lifesaving equipment is always in proper working condition
- Assist residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Report maintenance issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain daily logs and incident reports as required
- Support management in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
Candidate Profile
- Valid Lifeguard certification
- CPR and First Aid certification mandatory
- Previous experience as a Lifeguard in a residential, hospitality, or leisure environment preferred
- Strong swimming and rescue skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations
- Flexible with working hours and shifts
