Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Lifestyle Manager located in JLT, Dubai. The Lifestyle Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional concierge services, assisting clients in lifestyle planning, and managing their day-to-day requests. Responsibilities include liaising with premium vendors, organising bespoke experiences, coordinating event planning, and ensuring world-class customer service to exceed client expectations.

• Expertise in Lifestyle Management and Concierge Services
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Event Planning and experience organising bespoke events
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and industry professionals
• Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage responsibilities effectively
• Exceptional organisation, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with the luxury industry and its standards is an asset
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
