Lead regular reporting cadence with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in product management, customer lifecycle marketing, or digital partnerships in an e-commerce sector.Proven track record of leading integration or ecosystem development projects with measurable success.
Proficient in API design, integration logic, and workflow optimization with strong cross-functional project management skills.
Strong grasp of CVM frameworks: segmentation, CLTV models, churn management, and offer design.
Skilled in tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, HubSpot, Braze, or similar.
Data-savvy with strong analytical thinking; proficiency in SQL is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; capable of managing stakeholders at all levels
Exposure to agile product development practices, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
Familiarity with customer engagement tools and social media analytics platforms.
MBA or postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology-related fields is a plus.
Experience in launching or scaling B2B2C partnerships in marketplaces or Super Apps.
