Key Information
- Position: Lifting Appointed Person (AP)
- Reporting To: Construction Manager
- Location: UAE (Yard / Site / Offshore)
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years overall lifting experience, with at least 2–3 years as an ADNOC-approved Appointed Person
Core Responsibilities
- Independently manage and execute complex rigging and lifting requirements.
- Prepare, verify, and submit Lifting Operation Plans (LOP) to the SPA as per ADNOC standards for all mobile crane types.
- Perform site visits, evaluate live plant risks, and select appropriate lifting gears and rigging arrangements.
- Provide continuous on-site supervision and daily coordination with site-in-charge personnel to prioritize lifting schedules safely.
- Ensure full compliance with ADNOC guidelines, statutory regulations, and project safety protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Certifications: Must have ADNOC Appointed Person approval (Previous ADNOC Offshore approval is a distinct advantage).
- Skills: Strong expertise in crane capacity charts, ground load calculations, LOP drafting, and fluent operational English.
