Lifting Forman

Overview:

Lifting Foreman is responsible for executing lifting tasks on the ground level under the supervision of the Senior Foreman or Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and secure loads for lifting.
• Operate and assist with rigging equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure safety at all times.
• Conduct pre-lift inspections on slings, shackles, and lifting gear.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of rigging area.
• Report defects or unsafe conditions immediately.

Qualification & Experience:

Education: High school or Diploma Technical certificate or equivalent

Experience: 10 - 12 Years in service

Certification: Basic Rigger Certification Level I or II / valid Third-Party Rigging Equipment Certificate.

Licences: Professional driving only.
