Role OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and skilled Technician/Driver to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting manpower, tools, and materials to various project sites while also assisting with technical support activities related to BMU systems, hoist systems, and general mechanical/electrical tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate company vehicles to transport technicians, tools, and equipment to designated project sites.
- Assist technical team with onsite repair, maintenance, and installation work.
- Support routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic servicing tasks as instructed by the supervisor or engineer.
- Ensure all tools, consumables, and equipment are properly loaded, secured, and handled.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle assigned.
- Follow all traffic, safety, and company regulations at all times.
- Provide support during emergency call-outs and urgent technical jobs.
- Maintain proper documentation such as trip logs, fuel usage, and vehicle condition reports.
Requirements- Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Mandatory).
- Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience in the UAE.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems preferred.
- Ability to assist in technical work, including lifting, installation, and equipment handling.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or extended shifts when required.
- Must be physically fit and able to support onsite operational tasks.
Preferred Qualities- Prior experience working in technical, maintenance related roles.
- Candidates with multilingual communication skills are an added advantage.
