Responsibilities

- Repair or replace defective parts, such as engines, gearboxes, clutches, brake systems, and suspension components.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting for batteries, starters, alternators, and wiring systems.
- Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Maintain a clean workshop and adhere to company safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal technical training program or apprenticeship in light equipment mechanics is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Light Vehicle Mechanic, with a demonstrated track record of successfully diagnosing and repairing light vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems found in light vehicles.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and equipment relevant to light vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to work systematically to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Physical fitness and dexterity to handle light vehicle components and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
