Role Description The Project Executive Lighting is a full-time role responsible for coordinating and executing lighting projects from concept through completion. This hybrid position is based in Singapore, with a mix of on-site work at client locations and studio, and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients and design teams, preparing project documentation, coordinating schedules, and ensuring lighting design intent is accurately implemented on site. The role involves reviewing technical drawings, managing vendors and installers, tracking project progress, and supporting testing and commissioning activities. The Project Executive Lighting also assists with budget monitoring, quality control, and post-installation follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project handover.

Qualifications

  • Foundation project coordination and management skills, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Foundational knowledge of experiential or exhibition lighting, including basic understanding of luminaires, control systems, and installation processes. There will be learning on the job.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with standard office productivity tools; familiarity with design or CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and with clients.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving site and coordination issues.
  • Diploma or degree in 3D / Spatial design, architecture, interior design, engineering, lighting design, or a related field preferred; relevant project experience in museums, galleries, or themed environments is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid arrangement like a start-up based in Singapore, including site visits, client meetings, and occasional evening or weekend work when required by project timelines.
  • Fresh Graduate with either PM. events, Lighting application, Lighting programming and electrical knowledge are welcome to apply.
