We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lighting Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in lighting products and proven experience in project sales. This role involves developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing customized lighting solutions that meet client requirements while achieving company sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Previous experience in lighting products is required.
- Contribute to the sales and marketing strategy through a strong understanding of the lighting market in Egypt.
- Generate qualified sales leads and follow up with potential clients after the initial meeting.
- Expand and develop the company's existing client base.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding and addressing their requirements.
- Provide customized lighting solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutual benefit for both the client and the company.
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrate how the company's solutions meet client requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in the lighting field.
- Must own a car.
- Previous experience in project sales and providing technical solutions to clients is required.
- Ability to collaborate with the sales team to generate and develop new leads.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical background.
