Lighting Solution Designer

We are seeking a talented and proactive Lighting Designer to support our growing project business in Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing professional lighting solutions for commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, and large-scale project applications.

This role combines lighting design expertise, technical support, project coordination, and client engagement to deliver innovative and practical lighting solutions aligned with customer requirements and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Bidding & Client Needs

·      Analyze project tenders & clarify client design requirements

·      Produce and present lighting design proposals

2. Construction & On-Site Support

·      Prepare and coordinate construction drawing documents.

·      Assist with on-site installation and troubleshooting.

3. Project Management

·      Track project progress and schedules.

·      Conduct project design reviews & refine lighting solutions.

4. Client & Dealer Engagement

·      Dealer training & customer communication

Key Qualifications

Education

·      Bachelor in Design, Engineering, or a related science/technical field

Knowledge & Skills

·      Proficient in design software for visualizing lighting concepts

·      Strong lighting knowledge with training capability

·      Stay updated on industry trends; explore multi-dimensional design innovations.

Core Competencies

·      Propose forward-looking solutions to meet clients potential needs

·      Provide rational recommendations based on project requirements

·      Identify design trends and propose future lighting strategies

Experience & Language

·      Minimum 3 years in project lighting design

·      Experience with large-scale projects

·  English proficiency for business communication
