Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Lighting Technical Support Engineer. The main responsibilities are:

  • Product selection according to project inquiries
  • Preparing proposals for new projects
  • Negotiating prices with clients and other parties involved in the project
  • Managing inquiries and logistics including ordering, receiving and shipping products to clients
  • Support the sales team with technical issues
  • LUX calculations - preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • English language - fluent oral and written
  • Autocad
  • Dialux and Dialux Evo
  • LC Systems
  • Proficiency in lighting systems, fixtures, and technologies
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and providing technical support
  • Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot client issues and provide solutions
