Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation services to passengers
- Operate company-assigned vehicles in compliance with RTA regulations and company policies
- Accept and complete trips through approved ride-hailing platforms (e.g., Uber, Yango, Bolt, etc.)
- Maintain high customer service standards and ensure a positive passenger experience
- Follow assigned routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness at all times
- Report vehicle issues, incidents, or accidents immediately to operations management
- Comply with platform guidelines, traffic laws, and company operational procedures
- Maintain accurate trip records and follow daily deployment schedules
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle – minimum required category)
- Valid RTA Driver Permit for ride-hailing (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Minimum secondary education preferred
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and navigation systems
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Customer-focused attitude with professional conduct
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit and medically cleared to drive
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience as a ride-hailing, taxi, limousine, or delivery driver
- Familiarity with ride-hailing mobile applications
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Calm and professional approach when handling customers
