Job Description
Re:link, Linklaters dedicated platform for contract lawyers, is seeking outstanding individuals with strong Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) lawyers who would be interested in opportunities in the UAE.
Are you an experienced TMT lawyer looking for high-profile work with greater flexibility in the UAE We are keen to hear from candidates with solid experience advising on a broad range of technology, commercial and regulatory matters, including technology contracts, data protection, digital transformation projects, outsourcing, telecommunications regulation, intellectual property and wider commercial arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Advising on a broad range of technology, commercial and regulatory matters.
- Advising on technology contracts.
- Advising on data protection.
- Advising on digital transformation projects.
- Advising on outsourcing.
- Advising on telecommunications regulation.
- Advising on intellectual property.
- Advising on wider commercial arrangements.
Qualifications
- You will have a strong academic background.
- Experience gained at a leading international or well-regarded regional law firm.
- In-house experience will be of interest, particularly if you have had exposure to complex cross-border matters.
Required Skills
- You will be commercially minded.
- Technically strong.
- Confident working in a fast-paced and evolving market.
Preferred Skills
- Consulting experience is valued.
