Role: Linux Administrator
Employment Type: 3-6 months extendable contract
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Notice Period: 30 days or less
Job description:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Linux Administrator, with a focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Strong knowledge of Windows Hyper-V virtualization, Storage, including setup, management, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in OS installation, configuration, and management for both Linux Hyper-V virtualization
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, and firewalls
- Hands-on experience with backup and recovery tools and processes
- Solid understanding of system security principles and best practices
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
